My Story
Hi, I'm Deepa, also known as 'The Soul Trainer'. My journey from struggling with weight in my youth to becoming a Certified Nutritionist & Health and Wellness Coach has been nothing short of transformative. Growing up in a traditional Indian family, I faced societal pressures but always found solace in adventure and the great outdoors. It wasn't until I was dealing with induced lifestyle diseases, like cystic ovaries and borderline diabetes, that I realized the urgency of embracing a healthier lifestyle, especially for my journey through motherhood. Fast forward two decades, and I'm an Ultra Runner, Triathlete, Scuba Diver, and High Altitude Trekker, with the proud distinction of being the first Indian Woman to complete the Everest Ultra Marathon.
Through my own trials and triumphs, I've learned the immense power of mental strength in achieving physical goals, which I now pass on to others as I train and empower amateur athletes. 'The Soul Trainer' isn't just about physical fitness; it's about self-acceptance, self-love, and nurturing the mind for overall well-being. Alongside my personal achievements, I've been honored with the Star Sports ‘Believe Hero’ award, and I continue to inspire others on their own wellness journeys.

My Mission
As a health and wellness coach I strive to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being by providing guidance, support, and education. Nudging my trainees to set realistic goals, develop sustainable lifestyle habits, and overcome obstacles to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. I aim to inspire and motivate to make positive changes in the lives of my trainees, ultimately leading to enhanced quality of life and overall wellness. Ultimately unlocking their potential and facilitating lasting positive transformations.
My Approach
My approach to holistic well-being is deeply rooted in the belief that each individual is unique and deserves a personalized journey towards optimal health. By considering aspects of social, existential, environmental, physical and mental well-being, I strive to create tailor-made plans that cater to the specific needs of each person. I advocate for a sustainable lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of wholesome nutrition, regular physical activity and mindfulness practices. This promotes aging gracefully, being disease free and materialises longevity.
Through this approach, I aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being, guiding them towards sustainable lifestyle changes that promote overall vitality and fulfillment.
